We are looking for a person who’ll join our small and friendly sales team as a Business Developer and will help us to take care of new prospects and current clients. If you have passion for technology and enjoy communicating with people, our position would be a great fit for you.

We’re ready to teach a new team member everything you might need to be a great salesperson and expect to get back your willingness to learn new things and desire to bring into play new knowledge.

Salary: 4,200 PLN brutto UoP.
Location: Białystok.

  • Responsibilities

    • Creating lists of prospects by conducting internet research
    • Engaging prospects via email/LinkedIn/phone/messages
    • Answering inbound inquiries from potential and current clients in a timely manner
    • Conducting calls and qualifying leads to our company’s ICP
    • Preparing offers customized to a lead’s needs based on the estimation provided by the tech team
    • Negotiating contracts terms and closing deals
    • Managing sales data in company CRM
    • Expectations

      • To be a great communicator - if you love to communicate with people and able to do this effectively - you’re in the right place
      • Perfect command of English (at least B2), both written and spoken, is a must-have
      • Proficient in Google Apps, Social Media (Linkedin, Facebook)
      • Strong desire to learn new things and develop your skills
      • Result-oriented attitude and good organizational and time management skills
      • Nice to Have

        • Knowledge of B2B sales process
        • Knowledge of web development tech stack and software development life cycle
        • Experience using CRM
