This step is divided into 3 stages:
Review on stage - where fully tested feature is ready for your final verification
Waiting for release - work is ready to be deployed to production.
Review prod - where we do the last checkup on production.

Definition and estimation
This is how the typical workflow for definition and estimation looks like:
Definition
This is the place where every new request, task, or a bug is added and assigned to PM (Project Manager). The tasks here have a complete description and requirements.
Estimation
At this stage a Dev team is preparing the time estimation so the client can approve and decide if the task should be implemented and in what order (priority).
On hold / Blocked
This is the place for all the tasks that have clear acceptance criteria and was estimated by the team but the client decided to postpone working on it.
Ready to Work
This is the place for all the tasks that have clear acceptance criteria, time estimation, and the client or PM gave a green light to work on it. At this point, developers and QA understand the scope of work, and have an implementation plan and clear testing criteria, but the actual work hasn't started yet.
Development and deployment
And this is a typical workflow for development and production release:
Work In Progress
At this stage the work on the task was started, but the effects are not ready for testing and not deployed to any testing environment (visible for PM or a client).
Review - STAGE
At this stage the task was deployed and verified by the developer on the STAGING environment.
After an internal QA, a client might want to test the task to verify if that meets the business goals.
Waiting for Release
At this stage the task has been verified by internal QA and/ or the client and PM decided to deploy it to prod. Also, a list of finished tasks waiting for the next release will be visible here. This list will help us create a release plan and after-release testing session scenario.
Review - PROD
Finally, at this stage the task was released on prod and waiting for final verification on PROD. QA is doing the verification as the last activity of the Release plan.

Upfront payment is a form of guarantee of our developers availability and response time.
What's the difference between a Customised Support and Bucket of Hours?
With Customised Support, we guarantee a fast response time to any issues that arise, while with BoH it’s 8 working hours.
When to choose a Customised Support and when Bucket of Hours?
If your business is vulnerable to unexpected problems that can affect its functioning and even cause a shutdown, and our developers are about to be your core development team, then Customised Support is a better option.
BoH is recommended for projects that have planned functional development, and you want to ensure that our specialists work on this development.Do unused hours roll over to the next month?
Unfortunately, we do not allow for the rollover of unused hours.
Our development team works on a tight schedule, and we need to ensure that we can allocate our resources effectively to meet the demanding needs of all of our clients.
By keeping it booked, we can plan our workload in advance and make sure to deliver outstanding service.
Just remember that we do, however, offer flexible plans so you can choose the number of hours that you need each month, based on your specific requirements.

You can use Bucket of Hours for all our support services, including:

Are the hours from BoH only for developer work?
Bucket of Hours cover work of all the development team including, Project Management and QA.
Can we increase the number of BoH hours at any time?
While we understand the need for flexibility in a support plan, we recommend making any changes to your monthly Bucket of Hours at least one month in advance.
This gives us the time to plan and allocate resources much more effectively.
As we’ve mentioned already, planning ahead allows us to plan the workload more efficiently and ensure that we are able to meet the needs of all of our clients.
However, we do understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require additional development support, and we will do our best to take care of these requests whenever possible. But still, we encourage our clients to plan ahead and provide us with changes a month ahead.
Can I have more development hours in a given month than I’ve purchased in a bucket of hours?
Normally yes, but this needs to be discussed with a Project Manager before.
We can only do so if we have any free resources, so we also cannot guarantee it will be possible.
